EXCHANGES & RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) in its original condition, within 7 days of the date of purchasing the item(s) for an exchange. Boho Shoes reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Items purchased during sales period can be exchanged within a period 4 days of the date of purchasing the order.
You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for exchange.
In all cases, the item(s) returned must be in their original condition, which includes any tags and packaging. We do not refund the original cost of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
All returns will need to be sent via tracked delivery. You can send us an exchange notice by sending an email to email@example.com. Your returns notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number, as well as the REASON FOR RETURN.
Upon receiving your returns notice, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the Goods and other relevant instructions. Once the item(s) is received by us and deemed acceptable we will exchange the item(s).
All purchased products are the customers responsibility until they are returned to us. Boho Shoes will not issue an exchange for products that are not received or are lost in transit.
